Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions seeks an Executive Assistant & Operations Partner to build and optimize the operational engine of the business. This remote, full-time role involves hands-on process improvement, project coordination with leadership, and driving efficiency across physician practices, patients, and internal teams.

You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and reporting while leveraging AI tools to reduce repetitive work and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in operations, program management and client success.
Experience owning processes and outcomes rather than only completing tasks.
Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, and healthcare workflows.
Identify operational problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects with leadership, organize priorities, and track progress.
Prepare meeting summaries, presentations, and reports to support leadership decisions.
Manage daily operational activities across physician practices, patients, and internal teams.
Identify inefficiencies, create or improve SOPs, templates, and standardized processes.
Maintain dashboards and performance reports; leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks.
