Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Partner to build, run, and continuously improve the operational engine behind the company. This hands-on role connects physician partners, practice staff, patients, dietitians, exercise professionals, and internal teams in a growing healthcare business.

You will own workflows, improve onboarding, scheduling, provider coordination, and SOPs, while using automation to eliminate repetitive tasks and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, program management and client success.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes rather than only completing administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, and healthcare workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers, or systems.
• Detail-oriented with patient data, billing information, and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership with priorities, project coordination, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Turn leadership discussions into clear action plans and track progress with stakeholders.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, reports to support decision-making.
