Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead for a remote, full-time role to build and optimize the operational engine across physician partners, patients, and internal teams. You will own onboarding, patient journey, provider scheduling, and revenue workflows while driving SOPs and automation to scale the business.

You will collaborate with leadership, identify bottlenecks, implement practical solutions, and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes.
• Strong scheduling, provider coordination, and documentation knowledge.
• Able to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, dashboards, or operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from agreement to launch, including referrals and billing workflows.
• Coordinate patient operations from referral to ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and staff to manage capacity.
• Monitor scheduling, documentation, and billing flows; resolve issues.
• Map workflows and build SOPs, trackers, and dashboards.
• Track core operational KPIs and report leadership.
• Evaluate tools and apply AI to improve processes.
