Cybernet in Karachi is seeking a Senior Executive – HR Systems, Analytics & Process Improvement to drive digital transformation within Human Capital Management. You will manage HRMS, develop people analytics, automate HR processes, and leverage AI-driven solutions for efficiency.

Ideal candidate brings hands‑on HR tech, data analytics and process automation experience, with strong Python and Power BI skills, collaborating with HR, IT and Finance to deliver tech‑driven HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR systems, analytics, BI, HR tech, or process improvement.
• Strong hands-on Python for automation and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards and formulas.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports with Power BI.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms and system administration/testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for HR processes and automation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the HRMS for reliability, data integrity and UX.
• Gather requirements and coordinate HR system enhancements.
• Support HR system integrations via APIs and automation tech.
• Perform UAT, documentation, and deployment support for new features.
• Design Python-based automation to reduce manual HR processes.
• Develop interactive HR dashboards/reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Validate HR data, perform reconciliations and quality audits.
• Apply statistical analyses to HR metrics to identify patterns.
• Lead automation initiatives and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and stakeholders on projects.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
