PwC Pakistan is seeking a results-driven Associate II – HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insightful reports. You will leverage Excel, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and HRIS systems to streamline processes and enhance employee services across the lifecycle.

2–4+ years of HR Operations experience, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder management are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience with HR systems and databases.
• Advanced Excel skills and data validation.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations activities, including employee lifecycle transactions, HR records management, and process administration.
• Perform data audits, data quality checks, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Support performance management processes, including goal tracking, performance review cycles, and reporting.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
