Qualifications

• 5–6 years of HR Management experience, preferably in a BPO.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create reports.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to generate reports.
• Track and manage employee attendance and shift records.
• Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate data.
• Prepare HR documentation including offer and confirmation letters.
• Support recruitment coordination and candidate database management.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain HR compliance records and assist with audits.
• Respond to employee HR queries professionally.
• Assist in training coordination and policy implementation.
• Contribute to HR reporting and process improvement initiatives.
