Qualifications

• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations activities and HR records management.
• Perform data audits, data quality checks and reconciliations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and trackers using Power BI and other tools.
• Support performance management processes and reporting.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
