Job summary

hrsi, a Karachi-based company, seeks an experienced Manager – HRIS & Reporting to lead HR transformation and digitalization initiatives, focusing on implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology solutions.

You will engage with HR teams, IT, and senior stakeholders, manage external vendors, and drive process improvements, with emphasis on post-implementation support and user training.

Qualifications

• 16 years of education minimum; Master's preferred in HR, OD or related field.
• 6-7 years of professional experience in HR transformation and HR system implementation.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Strong PM, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation initiatives including HR digitalization and process improvements aligned with HR and business strategy.
• Own the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR tech solutions.
• Manage relationships with internal IT, senior stakeholders, and external vendors for seamless integration and timely resolution.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits to redesign HR processes.
• Own post-implementation support and drive continuous system stability with vendors and IT teams.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners to meet project requirements.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials are maintained for audit readiness.
• Track SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and HR tech trends to drive process improvements.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve service delivery.
