Job summary

Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group, is seeking a Senior Executive – HR Systems, Analytics & Process Improvement to lead HRMS enhancements, build people analytics, and automate HR processes using AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, dashboards with Power BI and advanced Excel, Python automation, and collaboration with HR, IT, and finance to drive digital transformation across Human Capital Management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Analytics, BI, HR technology, or Process Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, CS, IS, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on Python for automation, data analysis, and API integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and formulas.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms, including administration, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes, analytics, and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and enhance the organization's HRMS for data integrity and usability.
• Gather requirements, draft specs, and coordinate HR system enhancements with stakeholders.
• Support integrations of HR systems with internal and third-party apps using APIs and automation.
• Conduct UAT, write system docs, and support deployment of new HRMS features.
• Design and implement Python-based automation to reduce manual HR processes.
• Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation, and quality audits across HR systems.
• Apply statistical analyses to identify patterns across HR metrics.
• Identify process improvements and lead automation initiatives with AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and stakeholders to deliver tech-driven HR projects on time.
