Job summary

Webly Studio is seeking an experienced HR Manager to execute a built HR system across 4 entities. You will track employee lifecycles, coordinate onboarding and offboarding with IT and Corporate Secretary, administer PIPs, enforce the disciplinary ladder, and ensure documentation is complete and current.

Role works 8 AM–5 PM EST. There is no independent hiring or compensation authority; the CEO decides, you execute and document.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR operations or HR management.
• Multi-entity or multi-location experience.
• Demonstrated PIP administration experience.
• Experience executing involuntary terminations.
• Strong written English for correspondence and documentation.
• Familiarity with Ohio employment law or ability to learn quickly.
• Full availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding across all entities and milestones.
• Manage timekeeping: review weekly timesheets and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate time off requests and approvals with managers.
• Prepare and document 30-day, 90-day, and annual reviews.
• Administer PIPs with weekly check-ins and 30-day evaluations.
• Execute the four-step disciplinary ladder with proper documentation.
• Coordinate offboarding, IT access revocation, and final pay within established timelines.
• Maintain compliant personnel files across all entities.
• Enforce anti-harassment, safety, and drug/alcohol policies.
• Communicate with CEO/COO without requiring follow-up on paperwork.
