H2O Labs is looking for an HR Generalist to support hiring, onboarding, and people operations in a fast-moving technology environment. You will help candidates have a respectful experience and assist managers in building strong, well-supported teams.

This hands-on role covers recruiting coordination, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or recruiting support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.

• Partner with leadership on culture rituals, engagement check-ins, and continuous improvement of people processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in HR coordination, people operations, or recruiting support.
• Process discipline: Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple open roles and employee requests at once.
• Communication: Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Judgment: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
