Job summary

Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage employee data, payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration. You will issue letters and contracts, maintain records, and ensure compliance with local and offshore regulations.

The role supports KPI reporting and handles employee queries across channels. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in offshore/BPO environments preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in spoken English
• Comfortable with 12:00–21:00 work hours

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data in HRIS and handle new hires, transfers, leaves, and data audits
• Issue offer letters, employment contracts, probation letters, and reference letters
• Maintain physical and digital personnel files and ensure compliance
• Gather payroll data from various sources and generate payroll reports
• Administer employee benefits and handle related queries and claims
• Oversee onboarding and communicate company policies and benefits
• Support KPI/SLA reporting and data gathering for governance
• Coordinate employee exits, settlements, and retirement processing
• Ensure compliance with local and offshore data protection and legal requirements
• Respond to employee queries via multiple channels within SLAs
