Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Expert based in Islamabad. The Google Ads Expert will plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for Upskills Training Services - PK. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, creating and testing ad copies, managing bidding strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to meet defined KPIs. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with training offerings, landing pages, and promotional calendars. The Google Ads Expert will also prepare regular performance reports, suggest improvements, and stay updated on Google Ads best practices and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management for various campaign types (Search, Display, Video, and others).
• Candidates should possess skills in writing effective ad copy, designing or guiding creatives, and aligning ads with landing page content.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Google Analytics or similar tools to track conversions, analyze user behavior, and generate performance reports.
• Candidates should possess skills in budget management, ROI analysis, and making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
• Relevant experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media advertising, and remarketing, is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Google Ads certification, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Islamabad are highly desirable.
