Job summary

EurosHub in Rawalpindi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across channels. You will plan and optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to generate qualified leads and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in growth marketing, a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, and experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Growth/Performance/Digital Marketing
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Lead generation, conversion optimization, SEO & SEM knowledge
• Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console & Tag Manager
• Understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition & business development
• Marketing automation & CRM tools knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on ROAS and conversions
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Create and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client acquisition channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for ROI and conversions
• Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market trend analysis
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for effective campaign execution
• Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and performance metrics
• Prepare detailed marketing reports and growth insights for management
• Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital presence
