Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. seeks a Relationship Manager for Deposit Banking to acquire and retain clients, grow deposits, and ensure exceptional service.

The role focuses on managing CASA and term deposits, cross-selling, and delivering tailored financial solutions with support from regional leadership. The position requires a Bachelor’s in business/finance, 3 years in sales planning and banking operations, and a strong knowledge of deposit products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance.
• MBA preferred (subject to approval).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations within retail/consumer banking.
• Good understanding of deposit products and CASA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy and customer acquisition processes to meet portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
• Ensure portfolio targets are achieved for product lines including CASA and Term Deposits weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Onboard freelancers/brand ambassadors to build a deposit mobilization team.
• Maintain targeted portfolio mix and deposit mobilization across many accounts.
• Provide highest level of customer service in coordination with branch staff.
• Coordinate with Area/Regional Manager to offer solutions (Payments, Cash Management, Trade Services, Treasury, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients for deepening and ongoing business.
