Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is hiring a Relationship Officer Deposit to drive customer acquisition and deposit mobilization. You will manage relationships with individual and corporate clients, focusing on CASA growth and cross-selling across deposit products.

The role involves building a strong deposit portfolio, achieving weekly/monthly targets, and coordinating with branch units while delivering excellent service and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of deposit products and their workability.
• Knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, management, and operations within retail/consumer banking or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition to build a healthy liability growth portfolio and cross-sell targets.
• Build a CALSA / TD customer portfolio within agreed time period.
• Achieve portfolio targets for product-wise CASA / SA / TD on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Onboard freelancers/brand ambassadors to create a deposit mobilization team.
• Ensure portfolio mix targets between CASA and Term Deposit are achieved.
• Provide excellent service and build strong relationships with clients; resolve complaints promptly.
