Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of deposit products and CASA growth.
• Minimum 1 year relevant sales/operations experience in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer acquisition to build a healthy liability growth portfolio.
• Build a CALSA/TD customer portfolio within agreed time period.
• Achieve portfolio targets (CALSA/SA/TD) weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Onboard freelancers/Brand Ambassadors to create a 25-head deposit mobilization team.
• Cross-sell or upsell to existing clients and maintain client relationships.
