Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager – Deposit to drive liability sales in Pakistan’s Islamabad region. You will acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and ensure deposit banking needs are met with a focus on CASA and term deposits.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business/finance and at least 3 years in retail banking sales, with knowledge of CASA products and deposit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations within retail banking.
• Good understanding of Deposit products and CASA growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy to meet portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
• Ensure portfolio targets for CASA and Term Deposits on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Onboard freelancers/brand ambassadors to build a deposit mobilization team.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and develop them into ongoing business relationships.
• Drive NTB account openings daily and ensure highest level of customer service.
