Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer for Deposit Banking to acquire and retain clients, grow the deposit portfolio, and meet cross-sell targets. The role focuses on building a robust CASA/Term Deposit mix and delivering excellent customer service within branch operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business/related fields with up to 1 year of relevant experience in sales or retail banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in business-related fields.
• Good understanding of Deposit products and its workability.
• Knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant sales/management/operations experience in retail banking or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build a healthy liability portfolio.
• Achieve portfolio targets for CALSA/SA/TD on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Mobilize retail deposits and maintain NTB account openings daily.
• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients while maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal branch units to ensure adherence to policies and processes.
• Provide excellent service and address customer complaints promptly.
