Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager for Deposit Banking in Peshawar. You will drive deposit growth, acquire new clients, retain relationships, and ensure customers’ deposit needs are met with professional service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in retail banking, with solid knowledge of CASA and term deposits, and the ability to lead a deposit mobilization effort.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics or finance.
• MBA will be preferable (Subject to approval).

Responsabilidades

• Enable execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition to meet portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
• Achieve portfolio targets for CALSA/SA/TD on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Organize deposit mobilization with a team including freelancers/Brand Ambassadors.
• Ensure CASA & bilateral requirements to grow CASA.
• Develop key client relationships and convert into ongoing business relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities to retain MMBL clients.
