You will handle inbound leads, contact prospects via calls and WhatsApp, understand client requirements, and push for closing deals while meeting monthly targets. This role emphasizes relationship building and proactive outreach in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads generated through Meta and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable EcomMatrix services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Perform outbound prospecting to identify and approach potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales progress.
• Prepare and communicate service offerings and proposals where required.
• Negotiate professionally and work toward closing deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
