Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Meta and other channels.
• Reach prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand client needs and propose EcomMatrix services.
• Follow up to convert qualified leads into clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and sales progress.
• Prepare and present service offerings and proposals.
• Negotiate and work towards closing deals.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers post-close.
