TransLinguist is seeking a results-oriented Business Development professional in Islamabad to identify new opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and drive lead-generation initiatives. You will source contacts, develop proposals, and manage RFI/RFP processes, aligning strategies with senior management.

The role emphasizes market research, Excel-driven analysis, and targeted outreach to meet monthly lead-generation targets across segments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant business development experience.
• Experience working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Ability to achieve objectives through strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and web research skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Word and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
