Job summary

Translation Empire in Rawalpindi seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the HR team, ensure compliance with employment regulations, analyse policies, and implement changes.

Based at Bahria Town Phase 7, the role is office-based from 10:00 to 19:00, with a market-competitive salary.

The ideal candidate holds MBA/BBA in HRM, HR certifications, and 3–5 years of managerial HR experience (2–3 years as Assistant HR Manager).

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA with specialization in HRM
• HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are a plus
• 2–3 years HR experience as Assistant HR Manager; 3–5 years in managerial HR roles

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
• Analysing existing policies, and making changes as appropriate.
• Assessing areas where policies are needed and create new policies as required.
• Managing and training the HR team.
• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and lateness.
• Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
• Supporting managers and staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts.
• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits.

Skills Requirements

• Excellent English Language Speaking Skills
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
• Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff.
• A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
• Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement

Qualifications
