The ideal candidate holds MBA/BBA in HRM, HR certifications, and 3–5 years of managerial HR experience (2–3 years as Assistant HR Manager).

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA with specialization in HRM
• HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are a plus
• 2–3 years HR experience as Assistant HR Manager; 3–5 years in managerial HR roles

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Analyse and update policies as needed.
• Create and implement new policies as required.
• Manage and train the HR team.
• Monitor attendance and lateness.
• Design and implement training programs.
• Handle employee grievances or conflicts.
• Set and review pay structures and benefits.
