The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational activities. This role assists with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll-related information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Generate HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
