Job summary

Trymasaj is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Lahore team. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance to ensure a productive workplace aligned with company objectives.

The successful candidate will lead HR strategies, manage payroll and benefits, and drive organizational development in a corporate environment while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
