Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. S/he assists with staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, resolves customer complaints, and implements operational improvements to enhance the guest experience. S/he also manages inventory, monitors costs, and contributes to meeting financial goals, all while fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

• Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Assists with staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolves customer complaints and implements operational improvements

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant
• Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule

• Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Excellent leadership skills and customer service skills
• Able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in the store operations
• Able to perform well even under pressure or opposition
• At least 6 months experience as supervisor or manager in Food industry
