ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and Trade Development
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Supervises a team of Area Sales Managers and Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. They conduct weekly performance reviews, set region goals, and identify areas for improvement. Effective team management is essential to ensure the region team is working efficiently and effectively aligned to the annual business plan.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and top accounts for growth and retention.
Sales Target Achievement
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals as per defined KPIs and set standards.
  • Maintains and evaluates day’s inventory level per distributor and keeps track of SKUs for immediate selling to trade.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Oversees area day-to-day sales to trade per operation type, ensuring data quality and integrity. They maintain sales dashboards and reports, providing regular performance updates to the National Sales Manager.
  • Distributor profile update.
  • Driving sales to trade per brand/sales area.
  • Ensure submission by sales area the weekly distributor inventory as per standard ODI level.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Trade Marketing function
  • Creates and maintains sales collateral and resources, and provides technical support for sales tools and systems. They work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Regular weekly review meeting with Area Sales Manager to assess performance based on KPIs and draw out plans to achieve goals.
  • Identify area for activation and development.
  • Directs the Trade Marketing Assistant to accomplish targeted activation with the aim of growing volume in target area.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills: The ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools: Experience with Microsoft Office spreadsheets and sales dashboards.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities: The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team leadership and coaching experience: The ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales operations professionals.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights: The capacity to simplify complex sales data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
  • College graduate of any business course or equivalent.
