About the role

Yondu Inc., a leading information technology and digital business solutions provider in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect Director to join our team. In this full-time, in-office role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions for our clients in the insurance and banking sectors.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and development of complex, large-scale technology solutions to address the specific needs of insurance and banking clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the solutions architecture team
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Ensure that all technology solutions meet the client's performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Participate in the development of technical proposals and presentations to win new business

What we're looking for
