Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, field sales, or business development preferable.
• Demonstrable experience with field work and direct interaction with agents or partners.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and facilitate initial training on products and sales techniques.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.
