Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Quality Auditing Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Auditing Manager who will lead the end-to-end Quality, Training, and Policy (QTP) strategy across multiple sites and regions. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery excellence, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong collaboration with both internal and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the overall quality auditing operations to ensure delivery meets client and business expectations.
  • Oversee the performance of the Quality, Training & Policy (QTP) teams across sites and regions.
  • Develop, monitor, and implement quality standards, documentation strategies, and functional scorecards.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments, ensuring volume and quality targets are met.
  • Partner with operations, training, and client teams to align on performance metrics and service improvements.
  • Identify process gaps, root causes, and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Manage escalations effectively and provide actionable feedback to teams.
  • Facilitate process calibration sessions with clients and cross-vendor teams.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive standardization across all delivery sites.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and skill development programs.
  • Engage with clients regularly to maintain collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
About You

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Quality Auditing / Quality Management within a BPO, shared services, or large‑scale operations setup.
  • At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong background in quality frameworks, process excellence, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
  • Amenable to work in any Accenture site as required.
