JOB DESCIPTIONS
Manage and maintain the VP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Handle all correspondence on behalf of the VP, including emails, memos, and reports.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Compile data and assist with preparing presentations, reports, and briefings.
Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential and general documents.
Coordinate special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Vice President.
Works closely with Administrative Assistant to the Executive Chefs in terms of providing admin support by providing information, answering general inquiries and responding to TMs’ requests, maintaining tracking database, ordering of office supplies and requesting BOH door access requests
Keeps track and controls expenses incurred by the Culinary Admin department
QUALIFICATIONS
At least College level
Conversant with English
Possess a flair for numerical and excellent service and communication skills
Excellent computer and typing skills
Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
Willing to work in shifting schedules
