Job Summary

As the Sr. Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in advertising, strategic planning, and team coordination to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage client expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Campaign and Project Management
  • Lead the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, media, and digital) to deliver high-quality work.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand guidelines across all campaigns.
3. Business Development & Strategy
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue with existing client accounts, while actively exploring and acquiring new client relationships.
  • Support new business pitches by preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
4. Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting for client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, contracts, and project details.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, guide, and mentor Account and Junior Account Managers, supporting their professional growth and skill development.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Cultivate a team culture grounded in excellence, accountability, and creativity.
