Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Workday Reports Administrator in the Philippines to lead the development, administration, and support of Workday reports while also building Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

The role combines Workday reporting expertise with BI development, requiring collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize enterprise reporting and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting, preferably as a Workday Report Writer or Reporting Analyst/Developer.
• Strong experience developing and administering Workday reports.
• Hands-on Power BI development including dashboards, reports, data modeling, and visualization.
• Hands-on SSRS report development and maintenance.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Workday reporting, including development, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, modify, and maintain Workday reports based on business requirements.
• Work with Workday data sources, calculated fields, prompts, filters, and reporting logic.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and access security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, including layouts, datasets, parameters, and subscriptions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support Power BI and SSRS reporting.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation for reporting outputs.
• Provide production support, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes and improve reporting workflows.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and technical processes.
