Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila seeks a Specialist, Workday HRIS to focus on configuration, ticket management and reporting. You will provide day-to-day support to HR and business users, helping ensure the system operates effectively for local and global stakeholders.

You will configure Workday, maintain core HR data, and support accurate reporting and dashboards across the organization, while ensuring compliance and timely ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM module, Reporting and EIBs.
• Ability to design and build reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business users and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Maintenance of Workday HCM based on approved requirements and governance.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards; ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy guidelines in Workday activities.
• Receive, review, prioritize Workday-related tickets; troubleshoot and resolve routine requests; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document issues, actions taken and resolutions in the ticketing system.
