Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Workday Reporting professional with hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, Power BI, and SSRS. The role focuses on managing, developing, and supporting Workday reports and requirements while contributing to broader BI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine Workday Report Writer capabilities with practical Power BI dashboard development and SSRS reporting. Collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders is essential for delivering accurate, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday reporting experience.
• Strong Workday report development and administration skills.
• Power BI development experience including dashboards and data modeling.
• SSRS report development and maintenance experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Workday reporting, including development, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, modify, and maintain Workday custom and advanced reports.
• Work with Workday data sources, objects, calculated fields, prompts, and filters.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Workday reports, data accuracy, and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to capture reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports including layouts, datasets, and subscriptions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting needs.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation for reporting outputs.
• Support report testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks.
• Maintain documentation for reports and data sources.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on reporting initiatives.
