Job summary

ECLARO seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics in the Philippines to lead the data strategy, architecture, and analytics initiatives. You will guide governance, deliver scalable data products, and partner with business units to drive measurable outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions using modern Azure data services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise data engineering, analytics, or data platform teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, semantic models, and enterprise reporting.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, SQL, and modern Azure data services.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing data engineering team with accountability and delivery excellence.
• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance framework.
• Build a Data-as-a-Service model that enables self-service data products.
• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise data initiatives with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Design and oversee scalable data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead internal teams and external vendors to deliver data projects with quality and governance.
• Establish best practices for reporting, data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.
• Provide hands-on leadership in data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution design as needed.
• Partner with application, integration, and AI teams to ensure data integration for reporting and AI initiatives.
