Job summary

ECLARO in the Philippines is seeking a Workday Reporting & BI Analyst/Developer who can build smarter reporting solutions across Workday, Power BI, and SSRS. This role blends HR/enterprise data, business reporting, and technology to deliver accurate, actionable reports.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, HRIS, Data/BI, and business stakeholders to understand needs, turn requirements into solutions, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of Workday reporting experience.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data modeling.
• SSRS report development and maintenance experience.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting data.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for Workday reporting, including development and troubleshooting.
• Design and maintain Workday reports and data sources.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports with data modeling.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting needs.
• Validate data and support testing and production deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and stakeholders to gather requirements.
