Job summary

White & Case LLP, based in Manila, is seeking a Specialist, Workday HRIS to configure and maintain Workday HCM, support tickets, and deliver business-facing reports. The role supports local and global stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and security across HR systems.

The successful candidate will manage configuration changes, build custom reports, and ensure adherence to data privacy standards while collaborating with HR and business users to optimize Workday usage.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM module, including reporting and EIBs.
• Strong report-writing skills to create dashboards and calculated fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present requirements to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of HR processes (joiners, movers, leavers, performance data).
• High attention to data integrity and accuracy in all HR reports.

Responsibilities

• System configuration and maintenance in Workday HCM based on approved requirements.
• Create reports and dashboards using Workday tools and calculated fields.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy in all activities.
• Receive, triage, and resolve Workday-related tickets; escalate when needed.
