Job summary

ECLARO in Taguig, Philippines invites a Data Analyst to support portfolio management through data collection, analysis, and reporting using Power BI and SQL. You will help drive problem solving and leadership transparency.

The role requires 3-5 years of analytical experience, proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization, and ability to transform data into clear insights for management. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; experience may substitute.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience transforming information into clear structures for reporting.
Proficiency with Power BI, data analytics, and demand modeling.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Experience visualizing data with diagrams and graphs.

Responsibilities

Support the use of Clarity PPM tool with transaction data entry and requests.
Provide user-facing support through intake and resolution communication.
Maintain knowledge of Clarity PPM to deliver on requests.
Manage portfolio dashboard to communicate progress and health at initiative and portfolio level.
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality and efficiency.
Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain databases.
