Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a capable Reporting and BI professional to join the team in the Philippines. You will manage real-time monitoring, analyze trends, and develop decisions to support operational planning and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities include preparing intra-day and end-of-day reports, coordinating with multiple departments, and leading root-cause analysis to drive improvements in service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years RTA/BA experience.
• Experience in Reporting, Data Management and Analysis and proficient in any WFM tool.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, PowerBI and Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Real time monitoring, tracking, documenting, and communicating agent activity on multiple lines of business.
• Prepare intra-day and end-of-day client and internal reports with timely and accurate data.
• Analyze real-time call trends and adjust staffing to meet service levels and financial goals.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth production environment.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Explain, present and analyze current client performance on various metrics.
