Tavor Perry is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to own the full deal cycle from first contact with a seller to a signed contract. You’ll lead qualification, acquisition, and disposition with a confident negotiator mindset and proven wholesaling experience.

You’ll excel at outbound calls, build and maintain a buyers list, and keep CRM records up to date while coordinating with title companies to close deals quickly. A proactive, self‑driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or inside sales.
• Ability to close deals independently within 30 days.
• Familiarity with deal structuring concepts like double closes, seller financing, and subject-to.
• Experience building and managing a buyers list.
• Proficient with CRM and dialing platforms.
• Excellent English communication and phone skills.
• Disciplined, self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong KPI and pipeline reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering seller motivation and timeline.
• Conduct outbound calls and texts with consistent follow-up to homeowners and sellers.
• Negotiate with sellers and secure contracts on favorable terms.
• Build and maintain a buyers list with ready buyers for each target property.
• Match properties to buyers and guide assignment to close with title company.
• Apply deal structuring, including double closes and seller financing.
• Evaluate deals using ARV, comps, and motivation; prioritize 30-day closings.
• Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM.
• Deliver signed contracts promptly for handoff to title company.
• Provide regular KPI and pipeline progress updates.
