vamasters, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to own the full deal cycle—from initial seller contact to a signed, closeable contract.

You will qualify leads, negotiate terms, and build a buyers list to move properties quickly. You must be a confident negotiator with real wholesaling experience, strong phone presence, and the discipline to manage CRM records, pipeline KPIs, and deal progress through to closing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate wholesaling or inside sales.
• Ability to close deals within 30 days and prioritize motivated sellers.
• Solid knowledge of ARV, comps, seller financing, and deal structuring.
• Experience building and running a buyers list for quick turnarounds.
• Proficient with CRM systems and lead platforms.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound/outbound leads by assessing motivation, condition, and timeline.
• Handle calls and texts; follow up with homeowners and sellers.
• Negotiate terms with sellers and secure contracts.
• Grow and maintain a buyers list with ready buyers for properties.
• Match acquired properties with buyers and drive assignments to close
• Utilize deal structuring knowledge (double closes, seller financing, subject-to).
• Assess deals using ARV, comps, and motivation; prioritize quick closes (<30 days).
• Maintain CRM records; report KPIs and pipeline status.
• Turn in signed seller and buyer contracts to title company.
• Provide regular updates on progress and KPIs.
