vamasters, Inc. is seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to own the full deal cycle from initial contact with sellers to a signed contract. This role suits a confident negotiator with wholesaling experience and a strong phone presence.

You will qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, negotiate terms, build a buyers list, and move assignments to close, using a professional CRM and deal-structuring knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or inside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals independently within 30 days, with the judgment to favor motivated sellers over long-term drip leads
• Solid working knowledge of double closes, seller financing, subject-to deals, ARV, and comps
• Track record of building and actively working a buyers list to move properties quickly
• Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and lead platforms such as GoHighLevel, Podio, REI Reply, XLEADS, BatchLeads, PropStream, and Propwire
• Excellent verbal and written English, a strong phone presence, and confident objection handling
• Diligent, organized, and independent with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills and comfort with regular KPI and pipeline reporting
• Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free workspace

Responsabilités

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering seller motivation, property condition, and timeline to sell
• Run outbound calls and texts and keep up consistent follow-up with homeowners and potential sellers
• Negotiate directly with sellers and put qualified properties under contract at fair, profitable terms
• Build and keep an active buyers list, with several ready buyers lined up for each target property or zip code
• Match each acquired property with the right buyer and carry the assignment through to a smooth close
• Use deal structuring knowledge, including double closes, seller financing, and subject-to transactions
• Evaluate deals with ARV, comps, and seller motivation, putting first the leads that can realistically close in under 30 days
• Keep lead and deal records in the CRM accurate
• Turn in signed seller contracts and buyer assignment contracts promptly for handoff to the title company
• Report regularly on KPIs, pipeline status, and deal progress
