Qualifications

• Knowledge of ARV, comps, and seller motivation.
• Experience building and managing a buyers list.
• Comfort with CRM, dialers, and lead platforms.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound/outbound leads by seller motivation and timeline.
• Run outbound calls/texts and follow up with homeowners/sellers.
• Negotiate with sellers and place properties under contract.
• Build and maintain a buyers list with ready buyers.
• Match properties to buyers and guide assignments to close.
• Use deal structuring knowledge, including seller financing.
• Evaluate deals using ARV and comps; prioritize 30-day closings.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver contracts promptly.
• Provide KPI and pipeline updates.
