vamasters, Inc. is seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to own the full deal cycle from first contact with a seller to a signed contract.

The role covers lead qualification, acquisition, and disposition in a single seat with a sharp phone presence and self-starter mindset. You will qualify leads, make outbound calls, negotiate terms, build a buyers list, and move properties to close, using platforms like GoHighLevel, Podio, REI Reply, and more.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or inside sales, ideally across the full deal cycle (qualifying, acquisition, and disposition)
• Demonstrated ability to close deals independently within 30 days, with the judgment to put motivated sellers ahead of long-term drip leads
• Solid working knowledge of double closes, seller financing, subject-to deals, ARV, and comps
• Track record of building and actively managing a buyers list to move properties quickly
• Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and lead platforms such as GoHighLevel, Podio, REI Reply, XLEADS, BatchLeads, PropStream, and Propwire
• Excellent verbal and written English, a strong phone presence, and confident objection handling
• Punctual, precise, and independent with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills and comfort with regular KPI and pipeline reporting
• Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering seller motivation, property condition, and timeline to sell
• Make outbound calls and texts and follow up consistently with homeowners and potential sellers
• Negotiate directly with sellers and put qualified properties under contract at fair, profitable terms
• Build and maintain an active buyers list, keeping several ready buyers lined up for each target property or zip code
• Match every acquired property with the right buyer and manage the assignment through to a smooth close
• Apply deal structuring knowledge, including double closes, seller financing, and subject-to transactions
• Evaluate deals using ARV, comps, and seller motivation, prioritizing leads that can realistically close in under 30 days
• Keep lead and deal records accurate in the CRM
• Deliver signed seller contracts and buyer assignment contracts promptly for handoff to the title company
• Share regular updates on KPIs, pipeline status, and deal progress
