Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer service experience or ability to work with customers.
• Ability to multitask across calls, email, chat, and social media.
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach.
• Typing ability and comfort with computer systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Call centre/BPO experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism.
