H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Voice & Non-Voice Account Representatives to join our client's team in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

This full-time role places you at the front line, delivering customer service across voice and non-voice channels while supporting our client's business objectives. You will handle calls, emails, and chat, document interactions, and strive to meet quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and genuine empathy for customer concerns.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Previous call centre experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide technical and customer support via voice and non-voice channels including email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet and exceed quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
