Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using MacPractice.
• Prioritize new inquiries and convert to bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• De-escalate concerns related to scheduling, billing, or insurance.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
